How will The Villas of Holly Brook be staffed?

One full-time Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. The 24-hour staff will provide the best possible service and attention to everyone at The Villas of Holly Brook.

Do the individual apartments offer privacy?

Yes. Every resident will be provided with a key to his or her individual apartment. Assured privacy to everyone at The Villas of Holly Brook is simply a matter of closing your front door. The Villas of Holly Brook is a friendly and social community at the same time recognizing the importance of each individual’s privacy.

Are the apartments furnished?

No. The Villas of Holly Brook gives each individual the opportunity to bring personal furnishings to make the apartment as comfortable and familiar as possible.

How do I reserve an apartment?

$100 will reserve your apartment. When you move into your apartment, our reservation deposit will be applied towards your $1,000 security deposit. The security deposit is fully refundable as is the $100 reservation fee.
