The Villas are located in Marshall, Illinois and we have so many features you’ll learn to love. Look at all we have to offer:

• All apartments and community rooms are on the ground floor. No steps!
• Our entire building is handicap and wheelchair accessible.
• Large flat-screen TVs are located in the community room.
• Four of our apartments are specifically designed for the physically challenged. You will be able to roll your wheelchair right into the shower, under the sink, and under the wash basin.
• Do you like a patio? We’ve got them with nearly every apartment.
• Bay windows in the apartments along the front of our community.
• All apartments (except for the studios) have huge walk-in closets!
• Full-size stove and refrigerator in EVERY apartment.
